Shipping Policy: The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. Shipping rates are as follows:

If you would like to ship your purchase as a gift to another party
please call 714-901-2000. At the present time we are only shipping to
the continental US (50 states). In the event of undeliverable packages
the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the
delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned
goods.
Please note items may be out of stock and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.
Returns and exchanges: CLC prides itself on offering the highest
quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase,
return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days and we
will provide you with an online store credit, less shipping costs.
Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs
associated with exchanges unless CLC has sent the wrong size or item.
Please note that refunds are not permitted.
Web Credits: Upon receipt of returned goods (as per the policies
above) the customer will be issued a web credit that can be used to
purchase alternative products on CaliforniaLeashCo.com. To use your web
credit you must call CLC at 714-901-2000.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items: You may cancel
your order via telephone, fax or email up to the time the order is
shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but
must return it for an on-line credit. You are responsible for shipping
cost to and from. CLC may cancel your order or part of your order if
the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we
will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order. In the
event of partial orders CLC will ship the items in stock and remove the
out of stock items from your order - sending an email confirmation.
